1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the data you provide:

• name, email address and telephone number
• country of residence
• the unit(s) you are interested in and the purpose of your enquiry
• the content of your message
• technical data such as the page and language from which you sent the form, and the time of submission

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process your data to answer your enquiry, send the requested price list or brochure, and prepare a possible purchase — steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

Your data is received by our sales team and processed through the form service we use to deliver enquiries (a webhook/automation provider acting as processor). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. International transfers

If a processor handles data outside the EU/EEA, this takes place only under appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you withdraw consent or request erasure, whichever comes first — unless a longer period is required by law or for the establishment or defence of legal claims.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, www.cnpd.pt).
