Sisus Yapı owns the project. Rhine Projects designs it, builds it and sells it. From the first drawing to the handover of the keys, one party answers for the house you buy.

Sisus Yapı is the real-estate arm of Ceren Grup, an İzmir group active since 1992 across construction, logistics, energy, food and tourism, with more than 900 employees. Founded in 2019 on the principle of adding value to the city, Sisus builds across a range that runs from luxury villas to full residential complexes: Sisus Maaile in Bornova, Sisus Marin and Sisus Sakızlıköy on the Dalyan coast. Pine Tree Villas is its project on the Portuguese coast, which it holds as owner and promoter.

Rhine Projects is a German-Portuguese engineering and construction group, based in Cologne and registered at the Amtsgericht Köln under HRB 116471. At Pine Tree Villas it carries the whole chain: the architectural design, the execution on site through Rhine Projects Portugal Lda, and the sale of the nine units.

Why it matters

German engineering discipline, Portuguese execution

Buying off-plan is a matter of trust in who builds. Here the contractor is a German-Portuguese group: German project discipline in planning and control, Portuguese teams and subcontractors on site, and one group answering for both the design and the build.
